Terms & Conditions

This is a starter set of terms for review. Please have it checked before launch and adjust to your actual practices.

These terms apply to quotes, bookings and work carried out by Regal Regrout & Tile (“we”, “us”, “our”). By requesting a quote or engaging us for work, you agree to these terms.

Quotes

Prices provided from photos or a description are indicative only. All quotes are subject to an in person inspection and may change if the job differs from what was described or if additional issues are found once work begins. A quote is valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

Bookings & access

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the work area, along with power and water where required. If we cannot access the site at the agreed time, additional charges may apply.

Workmanship warranty

Our workmanship is covered by a 2 year warranty from the date the work is completed. The warranty covers the work we carried out. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, movement or settling of the building, pre-existing issues outside the scope of the work, or normal wear and tear. Materials may carry their own manufacturer warranty.

Payment

Payment terms will be set out on your quote or invoice. Unless agreed otherwise, payment is due on completion of the work.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us as much notice as possible. Cancellations at short notice may incur a fee to cover materials already purchased or time set aside.

Liability

We take care on every job and carry out our work to a professional standard. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, issues hidden behind tiles or walls that could not reasonably be identified at inspection, or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Photos you provide

Photos you send with an enquiry are used only to understand and quote your job. They are not published or shared publicly. See our Privacy Policy for more.
